Life happens and sometimes things don’t work out as planned. These policies are made if in the case you need to cancel within the 24hour mark of your appointment.

*Exceptions can be made in extenuating circumstances.

- All deposits are non-refundable if you cancel OR reschedule your appointment within 24 hours. If rescheduling, deposit will be honoured.

- Full service is charged if you cancel within the same day of your appointment.

- 1st rescheduling allowed free of charge if done before 24 hours prior to appointment. If rescheduling is done within 24 hours of the appointment, a $10 surcharge will apply.

- 2nd rescheduling will be treated as within 24 hour cancellation policy of original appointment and will need a new booking.

- Please call or text me if you will be late (647-581-0202)

- $10 LATE FEE applied if you are more than 10 mins late

- If you are on your period the day of your Brazilian wax, you can still get waxed if you wear a tampon. If you aren't comfortable receiving the service, you may cancel. Please note that the cancellation policy still applies.

Membership Policies

- All other services are 10% off when signing up for this membership. Discount will be applied to remaining balance to be paid upon completion of service.

- Cancelling an appointment within 24 hours will result in forfeiting of the current month's payment for that appointment. Any new appointments scheduled within the same month will be charged at the regular rate. Regular membership privileges will be reinstated in the following month.

- One reschedule of an appointment is free of charge if done at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the reschedule is requested within 24 hours of the appointment, a $10 surcharge will apply.

- Second reschedule will result in new booking at full price.

- A 30-day notice is required to cancel a membership. If the membership is cancelled within the 30-day period, the full payment will still be processed.

Example

Sarah books her appointment for the 1st of January at 5pm. Sarah needs to reschedule her appointment. If she does so by 5pm on December 31st , no surcharge applies. If she chooses reschedule or cancel after 5pm on December 31st, a $10 surcharge will apply. Sarah’s deposit from the original appointment will transfer to her rescheduled appointment. She arrives late by 15 minutes on the day of her appointment and so she is charged another $10 for the late fee.

Emily books her appointment for the 1st of January at 6pm. Emily needs to cancel her appointment. If she does so by 6pm on the 31st of December, she will receive her deposit back. If she cancels after 6pm on December 31st, she forfeits her deposit. If she cancels on January 1st, she will forfeit her deposit and be charged the remainder of the balance of her appointment.
